This annual report, Confluence&#8217;s first, shares highlights from 2023 as well as our brief history so far and a bit about where we are headed next.

Some highlights:

<li>We distributed $450,000 in grants in 2023 and also crossed the $1 million threshold for total grants distributed since our launch in 2021.</li>



<li>We hosted or co-hosted 6 ecosystem-building events on topics including immigrant worker organizing and the intersection of worker justice and housing justice.</li>



<li>Confluence grantees and their labor partners logged many powerful victories, including historic legislative wins and the successful campaign to unionize First Avenue Productions.</li>
